Females play an important role in modern civilization. Without female 's liberation and progress, there would be no liberation and progress of mankind.The acquisition of any right comes from the awakening of the subject's consciousness and struggles for the rights of related groups. The origin part expounds the development of rights in human society, and leads to essential relationship between human civilization, human rights development and female's Liberation. So, from the human rights consciousness to the human rights movement, the liberation and development of female movement is inevitable. In the review part, it shows the reason why I choose China white paper on human rights as the text of female's rights, and of relevant research background to analysis. At the same time, the paper introduces the innovating points and deficiencies.In the he first chapter, there is an inevitable link between female's liberation and development of female's rights. Chinese female's liberation is also a way that constantly strives for female's rights, practices female's rights, and develops female's rights. It is mainly divided into three stages: the class liberation- equal rights for female- female's development. Generally speaking, the development of female's rights in our country is progressive.In chapter three, this thesis will analyze that there is no statement of female's rights in China white paper on human rights based on the analysis of different female subjects and the five major area-- political, economic, cultural and educational, marriage and family relation, health, put forward the absence of the vulnerable groups of female in our China white paper on human rights-- Rural female, girl, elderly female and minority female. What the paradox is that, the rights protection and development of the vulnerable groups of female face serious obstacles in recent years. For example, rural female's “three low phenomenon” caused widespread concerns in society, girls' sexual assault cases frequently emerge, urban and rural migrant children and left behind girls' education rights continue being threatened, all of which are worth our thinking.Chapter four will put forward the story of China-- Precise Develop Female's Human Rights. And this paper tends to expound the possibility of this story from four aspects, the structure of the concept of precision development, the identification of the object of responsibility, the determination of the subject of development, and the principle of specific development. At the same time, this is also the author's attempt to develop female's human rights in the context of China, and point out the possibility to answer the question of the statement.
