Rural Community Construction In Dongtou County

Since the report of 18 th CPC National Congress which raised “urbanization lead‘Sanhua' to coordinate development”, it becomes a breakthrough point which can advance the integration of urban and rural areas and development, also it can to promote rural development growth. Then Wenzhou Dongtou county of Zhejiang province firmly grasp the favorable opportunity, will promote the reform of the rural community construction as the overall urban and rural integrated and powerful gripper break dual structure between urban and rural areas. In this paper, we will based on the rural community construction of Dongtou as the research object, analysis of the relative concepts of rural communities, and to investigate and discuss the county rural community construction situation and existing problems of Dongtou. Then we would like to contact characteristics of rural development and rural community residents' concerns and needs, draw lessons from excellent urban community construction, on the foundation of experience and outstanding achievements, to explore rural community development and the management system of community service in Dongtou. Based on this, we will also put forward to introduce the mechanism of volunteer service and social work services to rural communities, and attempt to form a stable and service mode of the system, then the experience may be able to provide some useful lessons for rural community development in other regions.This paper tries to take the way of the normative analysis and empirical analysis combined, general research and typical case combined study approach, and on the basis of the theory of management, sociology, economics and other related disciplines. Chapter I the paper describes the background and significance of the topic included the domestic and international current research situation of rural community. The second chapter introduces the rural community construction and evaluation related theory, discusses the importance and necessity of promoting the construction of rural communities in China. Chapter III analyzes current problems of the rural community development in Dongtou. Chapter IV research the "community development" situation in Taiwan and South Korea, for facilitate reference. Finally, the paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of Rural Community construction of Dongtou.
