Study On Construction Of Countryside Civilization In The New Socialist Countryside

Agriculture is the priority among national priorities.As an important strategic plan of China to advance agricultural modernization and build a comprehensive well-off society,new socialist countryside construction is a long-term systematic project.New socialist countryside construction aims not only to develop economy and improve farmers' income,but also to reinforce spiritual civilization construction and construct rural ethos civilization to bring about harmony of material civilization and spiritual civilization.Rural ethos civilization construction is the soul of new rural construction,thus fine rural ethos civilization can unite people and power new rural construction.Since the beginning of the reform and opening-up over thirty years ago,the rural social economy has achieved constant development,and farmers' living conditions have been significantly improved,and spiritual civilization construction has made some progress,but there are still multifaceted problems,such as poor rural cultural infrastructure,rejuvenated feudal superstition,and worrying public security.So,it has become a realistic,targeted issue on how to further strengthen the rural ethos civilization construction and promote the formation of a good rural ethos.Based on an analysis of the present status of the new socialist rural ethos civilization and the causes of the existing problems,this paper put forward countermeasures by literature review and survey research for further enhancing the construction of new socialist rural ethos civilization,in hope of providing some enlightenment and reference for further strengthening the construction of new socialist rural ethos civilization.This paper consists of five parts:Part One: Introduction.This part mainly sets forth the background and significance of topic selection,and reviews the research status of new socialist rural ethos civilization construction at home and abroad.Part Two: Rural ethos civilization and new socialist countryside construction.This part primarily researches the connotation and characteristics of rural ethos civilization,as well as the construction of rural ethos civilization in new socialist countryside.Part Three: Achievements made in new socialist countryside construction.This part analyzes and reviews the progress in rural education,the improvement in farmers' quality,the headway in rural construction of legal systems,and the inheritance of distinctive rural cultures.Part Four: Problems in the construction of new socialist rural ethos civilization and an analysis of the causes.This part analyzes and expounds the problems arising during the construction of new socialist rural ethos civilization and the causes of these problems.Part Five: Countermeasures on further enhancing the construction of new socialist rural ethos civilization.This part puts forward related countermeasures from the perspective of raising people's awareness,rural economic development,rural cultural infrastructure construction,and more attention to rural education.
