In today, law-abiding is not only just following the rules of the law, but also projecting ourselves interest with the law and establishing faith to the law. In real life, the law is made out, but people are not very good to comply with. People do not abey the law is caused by a lot of factors. Whether the people abide by the law, is considered to be related to the subject of law, social culture, social environment, law itself and so on. From the point of view of the operation of law, this article analyzes the relationship between law-abiding and legislation, law enforcement and justice, and then to explore the influence of legislation, law enforcement and justice on law-abiding, which made running the law, when the implementation of legislation, law enforcement, judicial action, it should be fully taken into account the law. That is, to make law through legislation, law enforcement, judicial three sessions, to be operated in the integration law, in order to better achieve the effect of the law.By using method of systematic research, theory-practice combination, value analysis, etc, this statement analyzed the relation between law-abiding, legislation, law enforcement, justice, and the integration, law-abiding being the core and the start, integration the end logically, The theory of the four aspects is fully explored in the statement, and cases in daily life are used in a large amount. Legislation is the foundation and premise of law-abiding and Proper law enforcement is a promotion to it. As the requirement to law enforcement agency, law-abiding can lower the cost. Independence of justice and the quality of judicial personnel will affect people's law-abiding willingness. The will of the people can monitor the activities of justice and also affect its independence. As the four factors of the law, the interaction, balance and integration of legislation, law enforcement, justice and law-abiding can enhance the functions of the law to its full extension.
