China's Religious Legal Construction Mode And Its Path

Religion is the inevitable outcome of the development of social history,almost exists in various historical periods of human society and the various countries.We need a common heart,tolerance heart to look at religion rather than see it as a kind of alien force.To rule of law,religion is not to control of religion and religious activities,but in order to guarantee citizens' freedom of religious,protecting the legal interests of religious believers,safeguard the country's constitutional order,religious bodies and religious activities for behavior,order specifications,moral and legal consciousness of religious believers.Religion is the purpose of the rule of law to make them become the important force of the construction of the socialist society,become a religious harmony,national unity of positive factors.Religious legal construction can meet the demands of the development status and management at the present stage in China and religious mode and path of the rule of law construction in China to conduct a comprehensive.Adequate research is advantageous to the religious constantly adapt to the needs of China's reform and opening up,the rule of law construction is conducive to safeguard freedom of religious belief,is conducive to the development of our country,the progress of the society.Paper is divided into four parts of Chinese religion of the construction of the rule of law mode and its path is studied.The first part mainly talked about the Chinese religious background and significance of the construction of the rule of law.Respectively,including the historical background,the reality since the modern times background.Theoretical significance and practical significance.The second part analyzed the present situation of the model and the way of legal construction China's religious construction pattern of macroscopic proposed the religious rule of law in our country and the path to the existing problems and reasons,and religion of the construction of the rule of law history background and social roots.The third part mainly from two aspects,this paper discusses the Chinese religion of the construction of the rule of law mode,which contains the "law" of dynamic model and three transformation of static model.The fourth part of the legal construction of China's religions put forward five paths from five aspects,respectively discusses the basic path of religious rule of law construction in China and requirements.In our country,we can use the legal means to deal with various social contradictions,not only the requirements of building a socialist legal society,but alsothe common vision of the people of the whole country.Socialism religion of the rule of law construction can not only guarantee citizens' freedom of religious belief,but also can implement scientific management for religious affairs,give punishment for illegal religious behavior,maintain good social order religion.But the religion of the current our country rule of law exists many problems,for example,the lack of systematic legal system,backward legislation,law enforcement is lax,the judicial relief is weak and so on.So,have more perfect religion of the construction of the rule of law mode and explore more reasonable religious paths of the construction of the rule of law is imminent.We need to learn from and absorb the successful experience in the religious rule of law construction,adapt to the changing need of religious management affairs in our country,the past,for convenient,consummates our country religion all contents of the construction of the rule of law,safeguard the healthy development of the religious activities and the citizens' freedom of religious belief.
