With the development of Internet technology,the penetration rate of China’s Internet increased year by year,and the number of Internet users is growing in geometric numbers in China.According to the thirty-sixth China Internet network development status statistics report shows that the Internet penetration rate is 48.8%,Internet users reached668,000,000 by June 2015.With the development of Internet technology,the growth of the number of Internet users,the popularization of the network,the life of netizen network,and the development of new media,China’s network politics produced and developed.And it gradually becomes the new channel of the government consulting the people on governance,learning about their needs,seeking their advice,has been the effective channel for our people to exert their right to learn the truth,right of participation,right to communicate and superintendence.In 2003,under the construction of the information society,the upsurge of The netizen political participation enthusiasm,the attention and guidance of Wuhu municipal government,Network Polities Platform-“Wuhu Citizen Inner Voice”produced.As a heart bridge among citizens and as a valve of the government,it plays an important role in closing the relationship between government officials and citizens.Nowadays,the Wuhu municipal government has established a series of systems to guarantee the benign operation of network political platform,such as online answering system,online interview system,system of supervision mechanism.“Wuhu Citizen Inner Voice ” improves the transparency and credibility of the government,closes the relationship between government officials and citizens,Broadens the way of Citizen politics and improves enthusiasm of the citizen participation.However,there are many problems in the developing process.For example,civil participation enthusiasm is not high,the supervision mechanism is not perfect,and the Political literacy of the government officials and citizens is not high,which restricts their long-term development.In order to solve these problems and construct long-term mechanism of local government network polities,government should play its active and guiding role,set up citizen participation mechanism,the follow-up supervision and control mechanism,the media linkage mechanism and legal safeguard mechanism to promote and guide the active citizen orderly participation in politics.Internet users should also improve their administration abilities and political quality to promote the long-term development of network politics and promote their healthy and orderly operation.
