Construction of anti-corruption, is actually to treat both of corruption, and the key step is to prevent corruption and foresee, can timely analysis, in turn, the occurrence of corruption, and integrity, social evaluation is an important link in promoting the construction of anti-corruption. Since the eighteenth big, the party’s efforts to further strengthen the anti-corruption, also pay more and more attention to the positive role of social integrity, evaluation, and puts forward the specific requirements. Scholars at home and abroad, to assess the building of abundant research, a series of achievements, and the use of a degree can be achieved in practice. Domestic theory research and practice of the cultivation of clean government evaluation by internal self-assessment tend to administration, in honest evaluation, formalism and other issues more prominent, its objectivity and authenticity has been questioned, the assessment result of lack of credibility.Under the high pressure anti-corruption situation how to realize the cultivation of clean government evaluation of comprehensive, scientific and objective, the social integrity evaluation is very important research. College students as a important social group, is the national talent reserve army, is the future of the country, is also the source of corruption prevention study of the integrity evaluation of college students, to promote the anti-corruption work and improve the quality of college students has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this paper, by adopting the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, with four universities in Guangxi university students as a sample,the present government cadres in the cultivation of clean government,administration according to law, honesty in politics, integrity, efficiency, and the questionnaire survey to the honesty education of situation, in order to getstudents to present the cultivation of clean government of evaluation data, and use the spss20 software to analyze the questionnaire data, according to the results of the investigation and analysis, the assessment factors for influence college students for the government to build a clean government is: the strength and depth of the anti-corruption struggle, corruption situation, the degree of the credibility of the government, mass media such as network of public opinion direction and school honesty education quality, etc. Based on this, advances should further promote the anti-corruption construction, enhance the government credibility, strengthen the regulation and the mass media such as network attaches great importance to the sense of integrity education, etc. The specific path of improving college students’ evaluation of the cultivation of clean government,further promote the development of anti-corruption work.
