Research On The Cultivation Path Of Rule Of Law Literacy For College Students In The New Era

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,for the first time,established the rule of law separately,and discussed in a special chapter and specially deployed,fully reflecting the party ’s high attention to the comprehensive rule of law.Nowadays,the comprehensive rule of law has entered a brand-new field.In building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,strengthening the cultivation of the rule of law literacy of college students in the new era is an urgent requirement,concrete display and strength of the Party Central Committee to comprehensively promote the strategy of the rule of law,strengthen the publicity and education of the rule of law,Support is an important measure to help college students actively respect the law and abide by the law,and constantly improve their own literacy of the rule of law,which is conducive to the full implementation of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law and the realisation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In addition to the introduction,the logical approach of this paper follows the principles of theoretical support,experience summary,practical examination and path thinking,and briefly summarizes and defines the relevant concepts and contents of the cultivation of college students ’ legal literacy in the new era,as well as the theoretical basis;from three dimensions,this paper summarizes and analyzes the necessity and basic characteristics of the cultivation of college students ’ legal literacy in the new era;the focus is that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the wind of investigation and research,and it still needs a lot of investigation and research to do a good job in the cultivation of college students ’ legal literacy in the new era.This paper will comprehensively use various research methods such as questionnaire survey and teacher-student interview to analyze the current situation and causes of the cultivation of college students ’ legal literacy in six universities in Gansu Province on the basis of theoretical support and investigation and research.According to the results of the investigation and research,adhere to the principle of problem orientation,and examine the practical path of the cultivation of college students ’ rule of law literacy in the new era.From the small to the big,the practical path of strengthening and improving the cultivation of college students ’ rule of law literacy in the new era is put forward from the shallow to the deep :adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,improving the cultivation pattern,implementing the cultivation action,and grasping the quality and effect of cultivation.In order to cultivate the rule of law believers,guardians,practitioners and defenders who comprehensively promote the rule of law on the new journey.
