Research On Impact From Internet To The Government's Public Service Capacity

Data era background, the Internet is profoundly changing the way the government's public services, innovative government's public service is imperative. Through expounding the connotation of government's public service capacity, to explore the impact of the Internet on the government's public service capacity, and take Hengshui City as an example, further analysis of the impact of the Internet on the government's public service capacity, and appeared Hengshui government public service problems and put forward constructive suggestions on how the government provide better public services through the Internet.The government public service ability is divided into three aspects, respectively is public service decision-making ability, organization and coordination ability, public service supply capacity, and then this paper analyses the positive effects of the Internet on the three aspects. Then through specific data and cases of Hengshui City, the research investigates Internet positive impact of Hengshui government's public service capacity. This study proposed Internet of Hengshui government public service in the presence of: service functions need to be improved, between departments lack of linkage, the feedback is not timely, online service ability is poor, the lack of publicity, public participation degree is not high, public service object has certain limitations, the penetration rate is low, and puts forward increasing one-stop government public service, improve the mechanism, increase public and government interaction, increase the propaganda and popularization of the use of the Internet, so as to improve the Hengshui City Government's public service capacity.
