Research On The Path Of Improving The Chinesegovernment's Public Trust Under The Backgroundof "Internet Plus Government Service"

"Internet Plus Government Service" is a new model of public-centric management services.In essence,this new model uses Internet technology,relies on the Internet platform,integrates Internet thinking to reorganize the government's organizational structure,and optimizes business processes to achieve the goal of building a smart government.The emergence of the "Internet Plus Government Service" model has improved the government's work efficiency and service capabilities,strengthened the links between various government departments and the masses,and promoted citizens' effective participation in politics,promoted the transparency of government information disclosure,increased public satisfaction with the government,and brought great opportunities for the construction of government's public trust.However,as China's exploration of the "Internet Plus Government Service" is still in its infancy;under this background,the construction of Chinese government's public trust still faces a series of problems to be solved.In this paper,based on the precise exposition of the connotation and extension of related concepts,and in the context of the positive role of the "Internet Plus Public Service" in Chinese government's public trust construction,and the development of "Internet Plus Public Service",the main problems faced by Chines government's public trust construction have been summarized,furthermore,the reasons behind the problem are analyzed in depth,and finally the scientific countermeasures to solve the problem are proposed.The Chinese government should vigorously popularize the construction of network infrastructure,strengthen its sense of service and innovation,and improve the information network management and public service supervision system;the Chinese government should use the cross-border and integration concept of "Internet Plus" to strengthen the construction of the public service website and the mobile government affairs APP from the perspective of users and from the perspective of public demand;the Chinese government should strengthen the construction of relevant technologies and laws to prevent potential safety hazards,attach importance to the two-way interaction between the government and the public,stimulate public participation,and actively promote the "Internet Plus Public Service";the Chinese government should build an integrated,whole-process,seamless government information service system to effectively solve social problems,effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the public,and build a service-orientedgovernment that the people are satisfied with;thus,the Chinese government's public trust is continuously improved.
