Perfection Of Chinese Local Judge Selection System

This dissertation plans to analyze the local judge selection system according to the current situation of the local judge selection system and the exploration of the system of specified-number-of-judge. Through making survey, the author find some problems about the local judge selection system, which are unreasonable specified-number-of-judge, vague standards of morality, unreasonable training mode, officerization for the selection process, unstrict selection system for candidates of the judge. These problems cause the lack of the comprehensive evaluation for the candidate of the judge, exacerbated by people less case, weaken the judge judicial credibility construction team, lowered the judge team professional sense of honor. To solve those problem, the author suggest that improve the methods of the selection and selection system to perfect the local judge selection system, enhance the overall quality of the local judges,and let people enjoy justice in every case.
