Effects Of Music And Dancing Activities On Military Academy Talents' Development

In general: at the present time, China has stepped into the "from sheer size towards more power" transitioning development era. Achieving the Chinese rejuvenation dream becomes the top interests of the party, the people, and it is also the nation's mission. The dream of becoming a super power country is also the nation military's dream in terms of becoming a super power army. Without powerful armies or consolidated national defense, becoming the super power is very hard to achieve. Chairman Xi adapts to the strategic international situation diversities and the nation's security environment development. He summarizes our party's successful experience on building military army; focuses on solving the outstanding difficulties and problems from army growing; brings forward building an obedient,disciplined army. He also gives the direction on developing military arts and literature in the new prosperity era. Military academies are the birthplaces for training the backbone of the future national defense. They undertake the responsibilities of providing qualified personals for the troop development in the new era. Artistic activities are significant and essential to improving military academy personals' comprehensive qualities.My research separately analyzes two types of arts: music and dancing, and discusses the characteristics and nature on both of them. It also summarizes music and dancing's special effects on three aspects: propagating the party's political proposition?publicizing social ideas. Through researching I summarized military academies' music and dancing varieties, analyzed teaching and educating current situation, studied existing art education problems which caused by non-commissioned civilians serve as the backbones, and provided several suggestions accordingly.Based on the questionnaire survey data of the students in each level of our army, analyzed by data, get the students art a big demand for the status quo too.Including literacy,curriculum the amateur status of the art of living, further analysis and summarizes the impact of military personnel training in all aspects of quality education factor. The importance of enhanced results cadet music and dance activities, and gives suggestions. Meanwhile, according to the above recommendations, a practice in universities, and achieved the expected results.
