Study On The Service Management Of Mobile Population In Cangzhou

At present, China is experiencing an unprecedented scale of the largest population migration. Population migration is accompanied by industrialization and urbanization inevitable social phenomenon since the reform and opening up, which is an important manifestation of China's economic and social development and progress. It is also the inevitable trend of China's industrialization, urbanization and modernization process of the city. A large number of mobile populations poured into the cities, not only has the traditional demographic significance, but also has great economic significance and political significance and universal significance. Therefore, the service management of the mobile population is not a temporary problem; it is an important subject in front of the party committees, governments and relevant departments. Based on research results at the domestic and foreign research, this paper discusses the purpose and significance of the service management of mobile population; give the definition of relevant concepts; the relevant theory is reviewed. Take Cangzhou as an example, analysis of the mobile population migration profile, status and demands, causes and trends; the changes and management measures of service management in mobile population; service management of mobile population existing problems and challenges in Cangzhou. On the basis of analyzing the experiences and lessons, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to guide the orderly flow and rational distribution of the population, to strengthen and improve the management of the mobile population.
