Research On Floating Population Status Of Service Management A Nd Improving Response In Fukang

Since the reform and opening up in 1970s, the floating population has become an indispensible part of promoting the development of local economy with the acceleration of the process of urbanization in China. However, the rapid growth of floating population has brought the corresponding pressure to the local social security, social stability, environmental health, public services and other fields. Cooping with these contradictions is the challenges facing the service ability and management skills.This thesis is focus on the floating population status of service management in Fukang-a western China minority city in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture. It also includes the research into the related problems. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background of floating population service management in Fukang and the significant meaning to Xinjiang province. A review of research on the management of the floating population in China and advanced theories in foreign countries are included in this chapter, expounds the floating population and its service management concept and theoretical basis. The second chapter comprise the status analysis of floating population service management in Fukang. The existing problems and the reasons are raised in this chapter. The third chapter, the writer summarizes the floating population service management experience of well-developed cities in practice using literature research method, interview method, statistical analysis method, comparative method and so on. It is just the experience that inspire government officials in Fukang to take efficient measure. In the fourth chapter, quite a few ways are used as a source of reference, such as people-oriented service concept, new public service, the rule of law construction theory and advanced ideas, innovation management system and mode. The government has found the counter measure to improve the management level, strengthen the unity of the Xinjiang region, promote social harmony and achieve social stability.
