In recent years, with the rapid economic development of our country,the socialist economic construction has been flourishing, which in the meantime,gradually brings to the public the restrictions of the relative lag of the national public moral accomplishments on socialist public career development, the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, and the national comprehensive image.Considering the actual conditions of China, the paper analyzed the present situation of the national public moral accomplishments on the basis of the requirements of our society on national public morality accomplishments and expounded problems existing in the development of the civic literacy.
