| With the advance of reform and opening up economic,our country has made remarkable achievements and scored great successes in many areas of construction which hold the world's attention.However,people's living environment has been gradually destroyed in recent years.Transition of social change also brings the awakening of civic consciousness.In order to protect human rights as well as the living environment,society struggles are constantly on the rise,different kinds of“Walk”behavior of urban people has been booming.The most representative is a series of public safety incidents triggered by the PX project.From 2007 PX project triggered public demonstrations in Xiamen for the first time,so far, PX project has been controversial for nearly nine years.Each argument is accompanied by a site selection and group events,and there are 8 events during 9years.And the media plays a role whose influence was more and more powerful in times of events.To Ningbo PX and Maoming PX event as the breakthrough point, using case study method, comparative law research method, this paper, in this background, the government, media, public activities as the main object of study, to Internet media reports and users of two events at different stages on micro blogging as research samples. Analysis government crisis management, media agenda setting and public opinion guide function and the public in the event of different roles.And rising in the new media ecology, traditional media are subject to the original form to seek new breakthroughs and new media in the expansion of development not only for the public opinion expression provides a more free and open platform. This paper hope that through research and analysis of two typical sudden public security incidents, and to explore how the event of its kind in the poor situation, establish and improve the benign government, media and public interaction mechanism, based on the realization of social Normal modernization and civil interests of the win-win situation. |
