The Research On The Ecological Migration Pattern And Risk Assessment Of South-to-north Water Transfer Project

As the water conservation place of South-to-north water transfer project, Shangluo shoulders the responsibility to protect the water from pollution,and the ecological immigration is an effort to guarantee the policy to provide the Beijing and Tianjin.This paper based on the study of ecological migration of scholars both at home and abroad,combined of the ecological migration of Shangluo city of south-to-north water transfer project of, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of city ecological migration in Shangluo,summarized the ecological migration pattern in order to protect the water source of south-to-north water transfer project. And put forward ecological migration risk evaluation factors from the policy of economic and social environment aspects according to the characteristics of the ecological migration. Ecological migration was established by applying the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), risk evaluation index system. Combined with the characteristics of immigration,the corresponding ecological immigration risk evaluation index system and risk evaluation model is established using the relevant statistical theory. Using four kinds of ecological migration resettlement mode as an example,through expert interviews and empirical study,the secondary indexes belonging to the measure of value evaluation grades are obtained and.got the evaluation results by using the weight vector and AHP evaluation matrix.
