Research On The Legal Regulation Of “Micro-blog Politics”

As a new emerging way of participating in the administration and discussion of affairs, Micro-Blog Politics has several unique advantages such as openness, communicability, universality and convenience etc., quickly becoming the new platform for citizens to give advices, a new way to participate in the government administration and show openness of political affairs. Currently, the circumstance that all people participate in giving suggestions on micro blog could solve the information inequality between government and public and become a significant channel for government to have public support. However, it is necessary to point out that although there are many advantages for seeking advices from netizens on micro blog, there still exists many disadvantages, such as easy to be manipulated, virtual feature and less responsibility etc., which requires legal restriction on it to guarantee its smooth development. In this paper, through analyzing the current status of legal regulations on seeking advices from netizens on micro blog in China, author pointed out the problems existing in current legal regulations of it. On the basis of referring to overseas advanced experience of legal regulation of Micro-Blog Politics,, related sound suggestions were proposed including three aspects such as building and completing the legislation of it, strengthening its procedural mechanism and establishing the working system of Micro-Blog Politics, in order to guarantee its smooth and orderly development, improve governmental credibility, stimulate the positivity of public to participate in administration and discussion of affairs and promote the innovation of social management.
