Developing vocational education to meet the needs of the economic development and enhance the comprehensive national strength. Above all, vocational education plays a positive role in driving the development of the industrialization of higher education. The energetic efforts will be pooled to develop vocational education and propagate scientific knowledge to enhance the nation's scientific and culture quality and innovation capacity. Look back in world history of the development course of vocational education, America, Japan, Germany and Canada which represented the developed country carried out the reform of the vocational education. Rethinking the vocational education in China, classroom teaching is the mainstream of the teaching method. China has dramatically changed. After those two decades of rapid growth, China entered a “New normal” phrase which macro economic downturns and economic growth slows. In that environment, the way of vocational education and its content has changed. In the course of the development of vocational education, the era gives new connotation, but also, it faces more difficult task. In this background, the development of vocational education has run into the bottleneck.Both “Made in China” and “Created in China” need to train good works; need to develop vocational education; need vocational education law to protect and promote. China enacted vocational education law of the People's Republic of China(hereafter, the vocational law) for two decades. The vocational law has played a important role in the course of vocational education under the role of law; but this law is not adopted in the new background.For the all-around development of vocational education, China needs to revise and adjust vocational education law of the People's Republic of China. This thesis aims at concluding the jurisprudence basis, characters of vocational education law of Canada by combing historical and literature materials from a legal perspective. It might provide some reference to the revise of vocational education law of the People's Republic of China.Composed of seven chapters, except for introduction and conclusion, the full text is as follows:The first chapter introduces the background of Canadian vocational legislation by carding the development of Canadian vocational education which comes through four phases. Providing Legal analyzes of Canadian vocational education by analyze the role that typical acts played and the background when law promulgated. This chapter also introduces the system of vocational education of Canada analyzed from the aspects of the educational administration, corporate education; the employment enters system, which provides the clear range of further study.The second chapter is the features and references. This part is one of the key of this thesis. On the basis of the theory legislation, the fundamental spirit, the core idea, effect, features of legislation of vocational education are generalized.In retrospecting its history, the third chapter Summarizes legislation system of vocational education that the authority of legislation, the powers of legislation, the process of legislation and the form of law from the Legislative Science perspective.The fourth chapter is the inspiration of Canadian Vocational Education Legislation to China. It gives some advice by analyzing the features of legislation, the development of vocational education and the advantage of the legislative technique.
