| Jinjiang as a coastal economically more developed manufacturing base, the industry mainly labor-intensive, economic to maintain steady growth, labor demand, whether the government or business to the "labor shortage" feeling deeper and deeper understanding to rely on cheap labor and extensive growth mode has not sustainable, we must promote industrial upgrading and technological progress, improve product added value and competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the research results of other scholars, this paper analyzes the current situation, characteristics and reasons of "labor shortage" in Jinjiang City, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for local government to provide a more systematic and comprehensive reference for local government to ease the shortage of labor shortage. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is to put forward the research background, significance, methods, etc.; the second part analyzes the "labor shortage" in Jinjiang City, the characteristics, the impact of the Jinjiang economy and the cause; the third part is the Jinjiang municipal government to deal with the small and medium-sized enterprise "labor shortage" related measures and preliminary results. The author believes that to ease the small and medium enterprises in Jinjiang, the government should first correct positioning themselves, fully fulfill government functions, followed by the government through macro-control, industrial structure adjustment, to optimize the regional economic structure, and finally the government through improving the regulatory functions of enterprises, optimize the local employment environment and strengthen the vocational training of migrant workers, to attract and train the industrial workers in Jinjiang city. |
