At present, our country is in an important period of strategic opportunities of social and economic development, also have to face the social contradictions. In recent years,with "the third industrial revolution" under the development of high and new technology,especially the development of the Internet and mobile Internet technology, microblog and other forms of new media develop rapidly. In microblog environment, with only a simple registration, people can publish information on the Internet by microblog. In the era of "self media", without economic costs or professional and technical knowledge, people can publish information to the public. Through the microblog, various social events and rumors ferment and enlarge rapidly, result in the lack of public confidence in the government, cause a crisis of government trust. In recent years, a lot of negative news about government and its administrative personnel are claimed by ordinary people with the network, then ordinary people added and commented on the incident, and cause negative impact on the government. In microblog environment, how to strengthen the local government's trust, is worth our serious thinking and research. In this paper, take Wuhan haze incident for example, we study the government trust of Wuhan in microblog environment.The text is divided into five parts. The first part introduced the background of the paper's selected topic, the status of research, the significance of research and the methods of research; the second part summarizes the concept, theoretical basis, elements of government trust and the new challenges that government trust faces in microblog environment; the third part takes Wuhan haze incident for example, analyzes the status of government trust; the fourth part analyzes the problems of government trust and the factors that affect the government trust; the fifth part discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government trust.
