Research On The Effectiveness Evaluation Of Formation-Level Network Confrontation

Network confrontation is a most important tast of information confrontation groups in the future joint operations, its effectiveness is given more consideration by information command departments of all levels, and effectiveness evaluation is the important content of research on the network confratation's combat command theory, which during wartime offers decision-making supportment to command institution in making and selecting opration projects. At present our army evaluates its effectiveness very differently dueing to the multiform evaluation index systems and limitative evaluation range, so scientificly evaluating network confratation effectiveness roundly and establishing the systemic perfect evaluation indexes structure is one of the urgentest tasks of its combat command theory.This dissertation takes the formation-level network confrontation system as evaluating object, delimits the definition of network confrontation effectiveness and analysizes its influencing factores in detail, respectively to use ADC method, gray comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyse and evaluate the network confrontation's hardware equipment, technic power and organizing command three influencing factors' effectiveness, then to establish hardware equipment system's availability, dependability and capacity's evaluating model, gray comprehensive evaluation modle of network confrontation's technic power and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of organizing command. On the basis of above works, synthetically evaluating the network confrontation effectiveness, secondly to analyse the results, and lastly introducing the main measures to improve the effectiveness, which provide reference for network confrotarion's command and decision-making.
