Study On Public Crisis Response Under The New Media Environment

In recent years, the development of new media makes the government's public crisis response became more and more difficult. The results of the public crisis response of government influence the government's credibility. How to deal with the public crisis commendably in a short time has been an big problem.In China, there is a space for the public crisis response to develop,and it is still a new thing that the new media combine with public crisis response. I try to analyze the Hangzhou drag racing case, to find there are any problems or solutions in public crisis response under the new media environment.This article discusses five parts, first of all, I do an overview on new media and public crises, not only the concept of new media and the public crisis were discussed,and analyzed the characteristics of these two; On this basis, the crisis of the public and analyze the relationship between new media; Then use the case to the performance of the government in the new media environment Finally, elaborated role of new media in the public crisis of government under the new media environment as well as the management of public crisis is not adaptable to respond effectively put in the new media environment policy crisis.
