A Study Of The Mechanisms And Approaches Of Advanced Military Culture Promoting The Innovations Of Defense Technology

By adopting the theories of philosophy of science and culturology, and on the basis of defining the concept of advanced military culture, this paper sets out to analyze the interaction between science, technology and culture, and that between advanced military culture and innovations of defense technology. On the basis of the case study, the three mechanisms of advanced military culture promoting the innovation of defense technology are analyzed, including the selection mechanism, the induction mechanism, and the maintenance mechanism. Then the practical approaches of using advanced military culture to promote innovations of defense technology are proposed, including cultivating the core values of servicemen, learning from outstanding military cultures at home and abroad at present and in the past, constructing a comprehensive and innovative developing mechanism of military culture, and accelerating the integration of advance military culture and innovations of defense technology. Finally, a case study based on the independent innovation team of the National University of Defense and Technology is conducted, and this team's successful experience in the construction of advanced military culture as well as the promoting effect of advanced military culture on this team's independent innovation are researched into.
