With the formation of the modern development of the human society and pluralistic values, women in social status, education level and the independent consciousness are certain extent improve, their eyes no longer complete attention to the family category, they gradually from the housewife's life orientation in pumping out. In order to get more private time, space and realize the value of life, they slowly move from the family to the society, began to work in the workplace, and become a professional woman. However, in the modern society, the pressure of the professional women will be greater than the family women, the pressure they bear is mainly from two aspects: family and work. Professional women in the face of the pressure of the two inevitable must in finite time, spending more energy to constantly adjustment status to adapt to his two life orientation, the on job involvement degree and family responsibility sense to achieve a relative balance. Throughout the ancient and modern, men in the Chinese society is often an important position, while women are generally changing roles, so that women will have more than men have their own position of conflict. At present, more and more Chinese women choose to become professional women, however, due to the uniqueness of our cultural background, they are experiencing more and more serious work family conflict. In recent years, the township cadres in our country, women cadres groups continue to grow. As the representatives of the modern professional women, the township women cadres, they not only have an inescapable family responsibility, but also bear the division of labor to realize their own value choice. With the increase of family responsibility and work tasks, the burden of women's township cadres is also increased, and the ability to respond to it is also required to be higher and higher. Women cadres in villages and towns set the traditional meaning of family roles and modern significance of the social role in a body, such a dual identity is very easy to cause them to produce a sense of conflict and anxiety. This paper attempts to use the work family conflict relationship theory and boundary theory, first of all, using the methods of literature study, depth interviews and other ways to collect data, the use of the data collection and data analysis, women cadres and township as the research object, theory and Practice(specific cases: Meizhou women Township cadres) combination, to the female cadre of villages and towns work and family conflicts hidden behind the various problems. Secondly, the work family conflict and female cadre of villages and towns management mechanism combined to study, after a full analysis of the characteristics of our country female cadre of villages and towns work family conflict, explanation of the relationship between the work variables and family, make the research results has targeted, thus contributing to the protection of women cadres in villages and towns physical and mental health, so as to promote the continuous improvement of the villages and towns work performance. Finally, this paper forecasts the future research trends in this field, which has been completed.
