Prison is a judicial and Public Authority exercising criminal power,which aims at pursuing public values such as democracy,rule of law,public interest and social order.Therefore,the public goods that meet the basic needs and goals of the general public as well as the specific subjects(prison police,criminals,etc.)are the important development engines in the prison management process.In recent years,with the goal of improving administrative efficiency,the prison system has further improved coordination within the public administration of prisons by strengthening internal regularized management,among them,the research on the relationship between police work and family based on the perspective of public governance is an important factor affecting the public function of police.Because of the particularity of the prison work,the women police work inprison.Conflict-induced turnover intention,work stress,family problems and so on are also of concern.Taking the female police in g province as an example,this paper studies the female police’s work.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research background,research significance,literature review,questions,research ideas and research framework.Chapter2 provides an introduction to prisons and the public functions performed by the prison police.Chapter 3 describes the main performance of female police work in N prison —— Family conflict.Conflict includes time allocation imbalance conflict,work-family boundary area conflict,work pressure source conflict and so on.Chapter 4 analyzes the causes of women in prison —— Family conflict.In this chapter,the author analyzes the prison public attribute,the police professional attribute,the n prison work objective condition,the female police individual and the professional career development characteristic,the female police professional development safeguard mechanism and so on.Chapter 5 puts forward the countermeasures and thoughts to alleviate the work-family conflict of policewomen.From four aspects of institutional environment,organizational environment,social support environment and individual environment,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the efficiency of public management,scientific police and scientific decision-making level.In Chapter 6,the lack of research and the future research direction are prospected.From the research method,the research object,the problem-solving countermeasure,the research theory contribution four parts explain the research insufficiency and proposes the countermeasure. |
