Under the background of social mobility to accelerate,the female labor participation rate,under the common and severe changes of family structure,professional women face increase working strength and increase the cost of child care,time resource and human resource shortages have family care function is simplified,at this point,the increasing demand and diminishing resources "to take care of the deficit," makes the work family conflict degree deepen.In the face of the changing working environment,professional women how to correctly handle the conflicts between work and family is directly related to the personal physical and mental health and well-being,and is also conducive to improving the organizational efficiency,promoting the sound operation of the organization and maintaining social harmony.In the current research on the pre-variable of work-family conflict,the quality of leader-member exchange,as an organizational context factor,has a significant impact on work-family conflict.Therefore,this study will build a model to test the mechanism of leadership member exchange and work-family conflict,and carry out an empirical study on EU professional women by using cross-sectional research method.This study through literature research,questionnaire survey,individual interviews,expert opinion method and statistical analysis method,the leading members of the exchange of scale and work family conflict scale,comprehensive sixth European working conditions survey data in 2015,using convenient sampling principle,sampling investigation,and actually get 43850 sample,a sample of 10795 female worker,build conflict degree under different prepositive measure career women work family conflict situation,in order to find out of professional women in respect of antecedent variables that affect the work family conflict,This paper discusses how the exchange of leading members affects the outcome variable-work-family conflict,which is caused by the interpenetration between work and non-work fields.Based on statistical analysis software results show that the leading members of the exchange and shut work family conflict has significant negative correlation(r = 0.211,P < 0.01),when comparing the gender,professional women there is no work family conflict,age,education level,occupation,working hours,working forms,the types of partners working hours,employment,job flexibility,trade union organizations of professional women work family conflict has a significant influence,finally,based on the results of the empirical research analysis at the national level under the rules and regulations of successful experience,and its existing problems put forward a reasonable and effective human capital management,To raise the awareness of exchange relationships between leaders and members,and to help professional women ease work-family conflicts.
