The Ethnology Research Of Urban Communities’ Maintaining Stability Work Situation In Xinjiang

Social stability is a ki nd of social status, presenting t he social stability and public se curity. In recent years, the s ocial stability of Xinjiang has attracted much attention from all sectors of society,and how to prevent and combat terrori sm and ma intaining social stability have become a significant resea rch subject.I n this paper, usi ng the research methods of et hnology, the author studies the current situation of a urban communities’ mai ntai ning stability work,based o a ca se named Hebaxia ng community in Tianshan district of Urumqi. Teas ing the situation of this communiti es’ mainta ining st abil ity work and expounding the functions. Based on the analysi s of the c ommunities’ maintaining stability problems, putting forward the corresponding suggestions in order to provide r eference for government st ability work decisi ons. The full text is divided into six par ts:The first part is the introduction, mainly introducing the se lected topic’s signific ance,r elevant literature reviews, the main concept,t heory and re search me thods.The sec ond part describes the residents’ thoughts and ideas i n the maintaining stability circumstance of Heba xiang community,and poi nts out that the communi ties’ maintaining stability e nvironment promot es the residents’ awareness of stability and increas es their unde rstandings to religious extremism.The t hird part e xami nes the residents’ attitudes and the degree of participation to t he maintaining stability work of Hebaxiang community. The results are t he residents of t he community ar e basically satisfied wit h the maint aini ng stability work and have a high parti cipation, mainly using the et hnology dat a to analyze.The fourth pa rt illustrates the national communication in the pr ocess of maintaining stability work, pointing out that the communities’ maintaining stabi lity work promotes the healthy development of the ethnic r elationship.The fifth part expounds t he communit ies’ maintaining stability proble ms, considering the shortcomings of the own qualities of communities’ worker s, the effec tiveness of maintaining stability work, and the defects of the administration and education to the communiti es’ floating peopl e.The sixth pa rt mainl y puts forward the corre sponding sugge stions for the shortcomings of Hebaxiang communities’ maintaining sta bility work.
