At present, freeway and transportation are developing at a high speed , freeway construction tasks are very heavy , traditional construction management modes and measures can't meet the needs of present . Freeway Construction Integrated Information Management System (HCEVIS) synthesizes professional and management knowledge of freeway engineering ,and according to system engineering analysis method and computer technique , schedule,costs and quality of freeway engineering construction are supervised and controled , and the three main objectives are optimized.Through use of advanced information technique , this paper make full use of project management at home and abroad , traffic control ideology and experience in freeway construction management to promote the incorporation , automatization and standardization of freeway construction management service work ; Powerful calculating and data processing ability of computer are utilized to establish intelligent information management system for engineering project which includes engineering project construction investment management, variation examine flow management, overall process machine account management for engineering project construction management and intelligent multi-aspects contrasting integrate query and monitoring management, etc.. RR&D of HCIMS enables owners , supervisers and contractors to master the whole situation of project construction or exact construction situation of a certain project . At the same time , reliable and historical data based decision foundation are put forward for service decision of freeway construction management;Successful transition from construction to maintenance and operation of freeway construction is realised.HCIMS uses the most advanced information technique , makes use of J2EE technique frame , MVC mode , XML standard data definiton criterion , WEB service criterion , workflow engine and CMM software RR&D process , the system has high usability, security, extensibility and reliability .
