Specifically, in this article, the social capital of social organizations is measured by two dimensions, which are organization network and credibility. Meanwhile, this thesis measures fund-raising capacity of social organization with the index of financing amount. Thirdly, in the perspective of social capital, this thesis tries to explore the relevant factors that affect the fund-raising capacity of social organization with empirical analysis by using the 2014 annual cross section sample data of 300 foundations in Guangdong province. Finally, the results of this study are summarized, and the practical suggestions for social organizations are put forward, also the shortcomings and future research directions of this study are pointed out. This study finds that the elements of social capital have significant positive effect on social organizations' fund-raising capacity, which contain organizational information disclosure level, the positive news reports of organization, the communication frequency and the number of organization's leadership members, the number of full-time staff, also the organizational assessment level. Comparing with other elements, the organizational assessment level makes a greater impact on social organizations' fund-raising capacity compared to those elements. Furthermore, other social capital elements such as the number of volunteers, the organization efficiency, the age of organization, and the negative news reports of organization, haven't significant impact on the social organizations' capacity to raise funds.According to the research results, this thesis deems that social organizations' fund-raising capacity can be improved by these ways: improve the degree of organization information disclosure, achieve a win-win cooperation between social organizations and the media, pay more attention to the important role of organizational leadership members and full-time staff in enhancing the fund-raising capacity, and participate in social organizations rating assessment actively.
