Research On The Disciplinary Inspection Performance Evaluation Of Pingyu Procuratorate

In order to form the normal and positive work of the procuratorial work, the normal and positive work environment of the procuratorial work, and ultimately need to build an index system of the performance evaluation of the discipline inspection work.In this paper, the problem of the performance evaluation of the discipline inspection work of the procuratorate, the paper puts forward the idea of the performance evaluation system of the discipline inspection work, and the use of the assessment system in Pingyu.First, this paper introduces the present situation of Pingyu's Procuratorate's performance assessment, through the preliminary analysis of the problems and the challenges posed by the "new normal" situation. Secondly, based on the previous research achievements and the practice of the discipline inspection work, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the performance evaluation system of the Procuratorate's discipline inspection work. Further, based on this evaluation system, select the Pingyu Procuratorate, its discipline inspection work performance evaluation, and then summed up the Pingyu procuratorate discipline inspection work in the existing problems and shortcomings, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The study found that in terms of disciplinary inspection work, the importance of the three primary index from high to low as follows: the implementation layer(i.e. building rules and regulations,), the investigation layer(i.e. to deterrent), the propaganda(i.e. improve the ideological understanding). In the secondary indexes, four indicators, such as investigate violations,honest education and procuratorial work inspectors and incorrupt government broadcasting,are the top priority; In the three-level index, and to investigate and punish the illegal,investigate violations is the most critical index. For performance evaluation show that PingYu County's procuratorate of the work style of the disciplinary inspection supervision department to build a clean government and anti-corruption work is in the stage of development, the overall performance is not high, PingYu County's disciplinary department results in illegal various disciplinary act, in the publicity and implementation level and there are many problems to be solved. Main show is: propaganda way a single, is not assured, normalized education mechanism; Poor discipline implementation, deepen enough responsibility implementation situation.The research results of this paper provide a new thinking for the construction of the evaluation index system of the performance evaluation of the discipline inspection work.
