| Since 2010,few cities explore government affairs cloud,government affairs cloud market has developed rapidly.By 2016,government affairs cloud has accounted for 20.7% of cloud computing market.Our country pay more and more attention to discipline inspection and supervision work,government affairs cloud market developed rapidly,combine two things is growing trend.But,the low informationization level and the lack of reasonable evaluation methods are all problems that need to be solved.The thesis based on improving the informationization level of discipline inspection and supervision,designs the management system based on government affairs cloud,establishes the evaluation system.Firstly,it analyzes the two major business processes: the letters and visits,the case trial.Research the functional and non-functional requirements of the system,and the advantages of government affairs cloud are analyzed.The thesis completes the topological structure design,considers the overall structure of the system,expounds the business process,draws the user diagram,designs six system functional modules,and conform the data base based on E-R diagram.After the system is established,the public can visit related information through the Internet,and feedback to the departments.Secondly,discusses the evaluation system,scientifically selects evaluation indicators,including the average case processing time,the construction of clean and honest,and nine indexes of public satisfaction base on government affairs cloud,build two levels evaluation index system,clear every indexes weight.The evaluation model based on the grey clustering method calculation results,the empirical analysis shows the feasible and reasonable.The thesis integrates all bussiness into the system,which can improve the informatization level and efficiency.Explores the method of quantitative evaluation,which is close the departments and the public,enhance scientific management level. |
