The Civil Service System Perfect

Served as the procedural system,has not enough attention,but in practice,plays an important role in the service,do not complete the trial will not be able to open service.The number of cases increased year by year,served in the work of the court in the proportion of gradually increased.However,the lack of social credit,the decline in the credibility of the judiciary,inadequate staffing,legal lag,and many other factors lead to avoidance phenomenon of litigation more and more,served to trend gradually has become obstacles to carry out the trial.In order to solve the difficult problem of our country from the service,a grassroots court has collected 100 cases as samples,the statistics of the service times,Analysis of the problems in the practice of the status quo,existing seven kind of mode of delivery from,from different angles,analyze the causes of the plight of the service procedures,procedures,combined with the interests of parties,nationalism,more mature foreign practices,put forward to perfect our service system,in the hope of the future service system reform with the perfect power.Full text is divided into five parts,a total of more than 17000 words.The first part:the first is a sample request for 100 civil cases as samples,analyzes the usage of different delivery methods in statistics,analysis of the operation situation of delivery mode in our country at present.The second part:ask questions,from different ways of service,analyses the problems existing in the various ways of service in the practice.The third part:the analysis of reasons,from the legislation,the parties and related management system of the three aspects of reasons of the difficulties in service were analyzed.The fourth part:the analysis of the civil service system reform and perfect theoretical basis.The fifth part:counter measures are put forward.From perfecting legislation,perfecting the ways of service,to reform and improve China's civil service,in order to solve the current situation of the civil service is difficult.
