Researches On Police Law Enforcement Interest Protection In The Era Of New Media

The rapid development of internet has brought about the era of New Media.Embodied by Wechat,Weibo etc,new medias have integrated into people's daily life.Unfortunately,China is in the middle of significant transformation that usually comes with complicated social conflicts.Such conflicts make it even more challenging for police officers to avoid clashes while carrying out their duties.In this study,we analyzed new medias' role in public relationships and opinions,and thereby proposed solutions and perspectives for protecting Police Law Enforcement Interest in the era of New Media.The article started with the case "qingan event" in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzed it by citing classic cases.With integrated use of communication science,management science and Criminology,and lessons learnt from international police.Promoting law enforcement quality,optimizing the rights department,improving the rights protection mechanism and innovating rights way strengthen the police law enforcement rights for the public security organs,providing the basis,organization,system,means.
