The Construction Of Henan “Internet+” Public Security Service Platform

“Internet+”convenient service platform construction is a police service innovation carried out by the public security agencies. Its essence is the online business process reengineering. Through its interface access technology, it is designed to open up the interface platform between the Internet and the public security networks, to achieve the “external network applications, network audit, external feedback” online convenience service model. It is not only the innovation and development of the traditional public security business, but also the exploration and research into the future public security business demand.This paper starts from the construction process of “Internet +” convenience service platform of public security in Henan Province, and analyzes the background,current situation and development prospect of five aspects “Internet+” and service-type public security agencies, the construction of the Henan public security“Internet +”, the construction of the convenience service platform inside and outside of Henan Province and its reference significance, and analyzes the important role of building “Internet +” at the Henan Public Security Bureau, and explores into the existing problems and shortcomings in their construction and operations, and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions, thus promoting the long-term development of public security and convenience services.
