How to relieve acute social conflicts, and effectively enhance the level of urban management comprehensive law enforcement and improve the public's living environment, establish and improve urban management comprehensive law enforcement service system, has become an important issue in the current law government.In recent years, the six-city joint creation of the work in full swing in Wenzhou, the city continues to accelerate the pace of construction, however, the lower masses of current job satisfaction urban management, urban management comprehensive law enforcement to promote the work more difficult. The main question is:integrated urban management law enforcement methods are too simple, urban management and law enforcement team personnel quality uneven levels, urban management and law enforcement system that is not law enforcement lacks the appropriate legal backing, urban management and law enforcement functions such as blurring.In this study, from the traditional model of law enforcement point of view, on the basis of the theoretical framework proposed legalization and standardization of integrated urban management law enforcement on urban management Ouhai comprehensive law enforcement model to analyze the integrated use of questionnaires, interviews and partic ipation in cases observation, in-depth investigation of integrated urban management law enforcement, including Ouhai law enforcement system, job function, business training, personnel education quality, Ouhai law enforcement work carried out, the characteristics, features the work of law enforcement practices, laws and other law enforcement based on the work of the existing problems.
