The Study On The Development Of Young Netizens' Self-organizations In Fujian Province

In recent years, the Internet and other modern digital communication technology and the youth who are enthusiasm for new things produced unprecedented chemical reaction. It has given birth to young netizens' self-organizations these new organizations form. These youth self-organizations with the characteristics of huge scale, wide range, rapid development and so on, which deeply affects the thoughts and actions of youth groups. Young netizens' self-organizations, which are new and difficult issues for the current government who should pay attention to youth work.The thesis taking Fujian province as the sample, integrated use of combination of theoretical research and empirical survey, through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the development of the young netizens' self-organizations, then analyze the main reason for theirs booming and restraining factors. After that, it analyzes theirs status and function in participation in social governance functions. Based on this, it promotes the advice for the healthy development of the network of young netizens self-organizations of Fujian province. What's more, it guides the network youth self-organizations play to maintain social stability positive role to promote social harmony.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part expounds the purpose and significance of this study, reviewed the research status at home and abroad, introduces the research content and ideas, the research method and technical route, and special features and innovation of the study.The second part defines the concept, the characteristics, and the classification of youth self-organization. Then it expounds the self-organization theory, the governance theory and the flexible management theory and so on.The third part through the questionnaire survey form, carries out the sampling survey from young netizens' self-organizations of Fujian province, to understanding theirs basic form and the operation development and to participate in social governance and so on.The fourth part through the comparative analysis puts forward some ideas that the rapid development of information technology and the reality of the social environment needs and their vitality and value promote the development of young netizens' self-organizations quickly all together. Young netizens' self-organizations behavior show pluralistic society participation and group cohesion and organizational degree increase. What's more, they suffer the conditions that organizational behavior is not stable, "depoliticize" multiple social participation, and organizational external theirs influence is limited.The fifth part puts forward some specific suggestions from the construction of the internal cause of young netizens'self-organizations and the external cause of promote the government or Communist Youth League service management ability. These suggestions are to improve the organizational management level, pay attention to the cultivation of the core members, to strengthen the supervision of network platform, get through the channel of information exchange, to establish a mixed development relationship, to take encourage as a lord, strengthening the rule of law the bottom line and so on.
