It is a new attempt and exploration to introduce the performance evaluation method into the construction management work of the work department of the Party committee by referring to the current performance management experience of the government work department. In the performance management, the establishment of performance evaluation indicators is an important basic work, compared with the government departments, the work of the party committee has its own particularity, the government departments of their own construction dimensions of performance evaluation indicators difficult to apply in the work of Party committees Therefore, from the construction of the Party committee's own work dimensions, to optimize a set of common performance evaluation indicators suitable for its characteristics is to solve the problem of using the performance management means to promote the construction work of the Party committee's work department.This study first combs the performance evaluation, the related work of the party committee concept, summarizes the research status quo at home and abroad.Secondly, this paper takes the X city municipal Party committee's own construction dimension performance evaluation index as the example research object, analyzes the existing construction of the X city Party committee's work department, and analyzes the current situation of the research work.Then,this paper expounds the characteristics of the work department of the party committee and summarizes the principle and direction that should be adhered to in optimizing the performance evaluation index of the construction work of the Party committee.At last, through Delphi method, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) And the performance evaluation index and its weight of the construction department of the Party committee of X city are determined, and some suggestions are put forward in the process of application of X city Party committee work department performance evaluation optimization index. It is hoped to provide theoretical reference for local party committee work departments to perfect their own construction dimension performance evaluation index and enrich the study case of the construction dimension of local Party committee work department.
