Research On Simulation Of Sentiment Orientation Influence Of Microblog Opinion Leaders For Emergency Response

In recent years,emergencies have been greatly spread and disseminated through social network platforms,especially microblog,which attract a large number of netizens to participate in and discuss,and cause the gather of negative sentiment.If the negative sentiment of netizens is not effectively guided,it will cause serious harm to society or have a negative impact on the image of the government.Opinion leaders play an important role in regulating the sentiment of netizens in emergencies.Studying on the sentiment orientation influence on netizens can help revealing the influence mechanism of opinion leaders on the sentiment of netizens.And then providing leading service for the government to recognize,intervene and guide emergency response.This paper constructs an opinion leader index system from the two dimensions of influence and activeness,combined with the dissemination characteristics of microblog and user behavior data.The method of an improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is applied to determine the weights of each index,and then the identification model of opinion leader is constructed.On this basis,the influence factors of opinion leaders on the sentiment orientation of netizens have been further analyzed.A simulation model of emergency response is developed in a multi-agent complex system,which includes the detailed description and design of agents and interaction rules.And then the empirical study of identification of opinion leaders and simulation experiments of influence of opinion leaders on sentiment of netizens based on the Netlogo platform were conducted through microblog data of two typical social security emergencies.The results proved that the models are scientific and reasonable.Finally,combined with the analysis of the results of identification of opinion leaders and simulation experiments,strategy suggestions of emergencies response for the government are put forwarded.
