After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee,successive leaders of the Communist Party of China have attached importance to democracy and the rule of law.General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the rule of law after taking office,especially he adopts a zero-tolerance attitude towards the problem of corruption,"flies" and"Tiger" have been sacked one by one.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive plan on the rule of law.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee take "comprehensively implementing the rule of law" as the theme.This shows that the Chinese Communist Party value the rule of law.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part analyze the relationship between the CPC and the rule of law.Persisting in the Party's Leadership is the precondition of governing the Country by law.Administering the country according to law is conducive to strengthening and improving the party's leadership.The party's leadership,the people are the masters and the rule of law is an organic unity.The.second part comb the historical process of China's legal construction after the founding of the PRC and the main contributions made by Chinese Leaders in the process.On the basis of combing,I summarize some basic experiences of the construction of rule of law in our country.The third part is the main content of this article,closely linked to "inevitability".It analyze the inevitability from four angles:historical development trend,historical lessons,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,economic globalization and the global rule of law.It is concluded that the rule of law is the inevitability choice of the Communist Party of China.
