The rapid development of Internet technology has a far-reaching influence to the China's political,economic,cultural and other fields.It is also increasingly changing the face of the college students' interactions and the way of thinking.The network provides a new platform for college students to participate in the public affairs.In order to maintain the public interest they focus on events at home and abroad and get public participation information,participate in the various public activities through computers,cell phones and other devices.However,due to the virtualization and occult of network as well as the limits of the quality of college students,College students' network public participation also exists some problems that cannot be ignored,ideological education in colleges and universities education work puts forward the challenge.Therefore,it is necessary to Systematically and deeply survey the college students' network present situation and problems of public participation.It has important theoretical significance and practical value.Analysis of public participation,civic engagement and political participation,then the author puts forward the concept of college students' network of public participation,and analyzes its connotation and main characteristics.With Habermas' theory of communicative action and the fundation of marxism to build the theory foundation of network public participation.With the requirements of socialist core values analysis the the necessity of network public participation.In-depth analysis of present situation and main problems of college students' network of public participation through the questionnaire survey,and analyze reasons from the perspective of ideological and political education.At present,the college students' network status of public participation in the main performance for higher attention to public affairs,to WeChat microblog as the main platform,participation purpose more clearly,to participate in the process to highlight the positive energy and so on.Main problems of college students' network public participation include the core value of guide force is not enough,network weakening public participation of subjectivity;Identification of information ability is weak,the network of public participation behavior anomie;Anonymous participation inclination,network public participation behavior is not rational and so on.The reason mainly lies in the education of the college students' network of public participation in guiding,systems and mechanisms,platform construction has manydisadvantages from the college level.Therefore,universities should strengthen the education of college students' network public participation from the aspects of value,public opinion and behavior.
