Occurrence And Guide Mechanism Network Public Opinion

The development of sociality media brings the revolution of the public voiceenvironment. Varieties of public emergency occurred in China are turning into the fusefor triggering the internet public opinion. As a result, creating a guidance mechanismwhich conforms to the occurance and the alteration law of internet public opinionbecomes one of the most significant tasks of China’s deeply revolution currently.This essay uses qualitative research and quantitative research， illustrates the periodictrends and convergence properties of internet public opinion with public emergencyoccurred recently. Furthermore, it analyzes the issues which exist in the process ofspreading and guiding of internet public opinion. Meanwhile, this paper proposes fourdimensions of completing the guidance rule of internet public opinion, in other words,consummating law; improving moralities of Chinese netizens; exerting linkage functionof intert media; changing of government’s response way, respectively.
