The research and practice of rural governance have attracted the attention of many social sciences scholars in recent years.Those scholars have summarized a lot of governance experience and put forward many countermeasures,which make a great help on the practice of rural governance.However,the previous studies are mostly based on the government's perspective,in fact,the theme of village governance is the villagers themselves,so this paper tend to regard the villagers as the leading perspective,in the perspective of the villagers themselves to solve the village problem.The problem of village governance is very important,but the absence of organization is the root of various problems.This paper focuses on the villagers' self-organization.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part explores the background of this paper,defines the concept of research,and makes a literature review of the related research.This paper is divided into the research of rural governance and the study of villagers' organizations.The theoretical basis of this paper is self-organization theory,which is self-organization,that is,people form a group voluntarily.The research methods of this paper include literature reading method,field observation interview method,induction deduction method and function analysis method.The second part is about the empirical study of the villagers 'organizations.Firstly,the author analyzes the village organizations in the traditional society,the villagers'organizations in the modern social and rural construction movement and the village system after the founding of new China.And then study the current situation of the organization construction and development,and analysis of the obstacles to development.China's current existence of a large number of economic cooperation organizations,a small number of political rights organizations and a less number of community service organizations.There are obstacles both in the subjective level and the objective factors.The third part studies the necessity and possibility of villagers' organizations.The village of the existing problems,only to organize a way out,the villagers organization is imperative.Villagers organizations in the macroeconomic policy level has a positive factor,micro-villagers themselves,due to a large number of urban workers return home,the villagers themselves have gradually organizational capacity.The types of villagers'organizations can have economic cooperation organizations,political rights organizations and patriarchal community service organizations.Finally,this part analyzes the self-organization of the villagers self-ability,that only the organizational income is higher than the organizational costs,then organizations can continue to develop.The fourth part studies the synergies between the villagers' self-organization and other organizations.Respectively,between the self-organization of cooperation,self-organization and the village committee and the coordination and cooperation with the township government.The basis of collaboration is empathy,that is,put yourself in the ground and feel the feelings of others.The fifth part concludes the summary.Looking back at the lack of villagers'organization and the current situation of the village,the author thinks that the way out of the village governance lies in the way of self-organization of the villagers as the main body of the society.Only by the strong villagers' self-organization and the village can be benign and orderly and sustainable development.
