Research On The Improvement Of Governance Efficiency Of Villagers' Autonomous Organization In Rural Governance Of Wanzhou District

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the continuous acceleration of the evolution of the rural social pattern and the deep adjustment of the rural social system in China have always affected the development of the theory of public organization management and the reform of the organizational practice.The traditional rural society has been impacted by new and new forces,and the original social boundaries have been broken.In the process of colliding with and integrating with the external environment,the new era mission and governance appeal of rural governance has emerged.The governance effectiveness of village self-governing organizations in rural social governance has been elevated to a new height under this wave.This is both a call for practice and a return to theory.The research on the improvement of the governance efficiency of villagers' autonomous organizations is not only an important topic for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also the proper meaning of perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,carrying significant theoretical and practical value.Based on this,this paper follows the development of the times,selects Wan Zhou District as the research site,establishes the research theme,adopts the research method combining dynamic and static,and comprehensively uses various research tools such as literature method,observation method,questionnaire method and interview method,analyzes the status quo of the governance effectiveness of villagers' self-governing organizations,the problems of organizational governance effectiveness and the causes of their problems.It uses the tension analysis method of strategic management to analyze the organizational tension and proposes the types of strategies that promote organizational governance effectiveness.The countermeasures for improving the efficiency of organizational governance are proposed.The main contents of this paper are: Chapter 1,Introduction.The main contents include: introducing and interpreting research background and significance,systematically reviewing the research status at home and abroad,clarifying research ideas,methods and contents,and indicating possible innovation points.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical basis.Defining and interpreting the core concepts of rural governance,village self-governing organizations,organizational effectiveness,and governance effectiveness,and trace,apply,and apply public governance theory,new public service theory,tension analysis theory,and total quality management theory,to provide solid theoretical guidance and support.The third chapter is the investigation of the villagers' autonomous organizations in the rural governance of wanzhou district and the analysis of the governance effectiveness of the autonomous organizations.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the governance efficiency of villagers' self-governing organizations in the rural governance of Wan Zhou District.The fifth chapter uses the strategic analysis method of public organization to systematically analyze the tension of the villagers' self-governing organizations,and proposes the type of organizational development strategy oriented by the improvement of organizational governance efficiency.Chapter sixth,policy suggestions on improving the efficiency of village self-governing organizations in rural governance in Wan Zhou District.Based on the aforementioned chapters,the analysis of the subject matter and the tension of the tissue,according to the research results,suggestions are made for the acquisition and utilization of resource of villagers' autonomous organizations,the cohesiveness of organizational structure,the standardization of governance business processes,and the quality of governance projects and services.The seventh chapter is the research conclusions and prospects.On the one hand,it is a comprehensive review and systematic summary of this research,on the other hand,it looks forward to the development trend of the research field.The research on the governance effectiveness of village self-governing organizations will present new research trends and trends with the progress of rural social governance and reform,the objective practice of sustainable development is an inexhaustible motive force for the continuous and in-depth study of this subject.Academic research has only a starting point,no end,and always on the road.This paper enriches the research content and enlightens the research ideas to a certain extent,but there are still some shortcomings in the depth and breadth of the research.The research design needs to be further optimized.
