The Study On Impact Of The New Labor Contract Law On Performing Corporate Social Responsibility

Currently, new labor contract law has been promulgated and will be on 1st. Jan, 2008 officially put into effect, this is how the government's commitment to corporate social responsibility from developing a clear direction. The new labor contract law focuses more on the protection of workers, establishment of a "harmonious and stable" labor relation. While businesses have to face in this enterprise is the background, culture and ideas on the basis of how compliance with the new labor contract law, how to take up appropriate social responsibility, and the workers building "harmonious" relationship, which is all enterprises face a problem, have important practical significance. The main idea is to use research market economic theory with Chinese characteristics, drawing on Western economics and business theory, public management theory and other theories results, the status quo with China Enterprise Development, discusses the new "Labor Contract Law" and the relationship between corporate social responsibility and the new "Labor Contract Law" on the impact of corporate social responsibility.
