A Study On The Rights Of Chinese Communist Party Members

The eighteen plenary session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)reaffirmed the important conclusion that "party democracy is the life of the party",And stressed the need to build a mechanism for the protection of the rights of Party members,the party's democratic construction is still fundamental to the protection of the rights of Party members.Although the development of Party members' rights in the new period has made some achievements,but in terms of the actual situation,there are still some problems,such as the lack of awareness of the rights of Party members,the implementation of the rights of Party members is not in place,the protection of the rights of Party members is not perfect and so on.Since the study of the inner-party regulations has not received the attention of the academic circles,the study on the rights of the party members started late.The exploration and Research on the rights of the members of the experts and scholars still stay at the level of inner-party democracy,the rights of the members appear only as guarantee of inner-party democracy means the rights of Party members rarely appear as the main research object,the research on the rights of Party members needs to be further studied.In this paper,the relationship between the rights and powers as the angle of view,starting from the concept of the rights of Party members,through the historical development of the Communist Party China rights review and summary of historical experience,combining with the development status of the rights of Party members,analyzes the rights of Party members in new period of development of the achievements and problems,put forward the strategy to solve the problem.This thesis is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion,and the text is divided into four parts.The introduction part is mainly about the significance of the topic,research status,research methods and innovations for a brief introduction,the research for the rights of Party members to make necessary preparations,clear direction and goals of the rights of Party members.The first chapter of the thesis is to study the general theory of the rights ofChinese Communist Party members.Starting from the right of general concepts,through the analysis of different rights theory,defines the concept of the rights of Party members.And then take a comparative analysis of the law,the rights of citizens and the rights of Party members in a dimension on the contrast to reveal the general law of the development of the rights of Party members,for the next study to do a good job in theory.In the third chapter,based on the general theory of party power and the relationship between the rights of the party members and the power of the party,the relationship between the power of the party and the rights of the party members is revealed on the basis of the theory of special power relations.The fourth chapter summarizes the development of the rights of the members of the achievements and problems,and puts forward some ways to construct and perfect the protection of the rights of members of the Communist Party of Chinese,from improving their awareness of rights,perfecting several ways of inner-party system construction,the protection of the rights of Party members are implemented.The last part is the conclusion of the article,which is the summary of the research results,and points out the problems and deficiencies in the research process of Party members' rights.
