The Research On The Method Of Investigation From The Perspective Of Social Stratification

With the constantly development of economy,“changes”has become the key word of the Chinese society since twenty-first Century.The redistribution of social resources and the adjustment of social interests are being repeated in China during this process.At the same time,the issue of crime has gradually highlighted than that in the past times.The crime rate of China has been rising in recent decades,especially the crime in the bottom of society and so-called “elite class”,which presents a dumbbell criminal pattern.Therefore,the status of the modern social stratification in China,the new feature of crime in this state,and the innovative investigation method for dealing with the new crime phenomenon caused by the social stratification are all worth studying,which also cause me thinking more about the research of science of investigation and sociology crossing theory in contemporary China.Social stratification is a concept about sociology,which means the phenomenon and process of dividing social members into different levels or grade according to the standard sequential in general.And what is called method of investigation,which are the specific methods during the investigation applied by investigated subject more generally speaking.The method of investigation has the characteristics of systematic,selectivity and instrumental,which could be classified according to the feature into general and special methods of investigation,active and passive methods of investigation,and so on.With the appropriate method of investigation could effectively improve the efficiency of the investigation.Which means the method of investigation plays an very important role in the investigation.However the usual method of investigation could not adapt to the problem of crime,which was arisen by the current social stratification under the constantly changing social background and the pressure of crime forms.The limitations of the usual methods of investigative are becoming more and more obvious at present,so the innovation and development of methods of investigative are particularly important.In this paper,the author mainly uses the theoretical analysis and the comparative studies to theoretical evidence with the view to current practice.But there are not plentiful literature about the research of science of investigation and sociology crossing theory as it should be,and it is difficult to obtain the direct information,which is the great difficulty in my paper writing and research.The structure of the paper is accordance with the raising a problem,analyzing a problem and solving a problem.The research discusses the connotation of the research of the method of investigation under the background of social stratification,through the analysis and summarizatio of the relationship between social stratification and crime,which is also propose the methods of investigation existing defects in present China,and the innovation faces adverse conditions.Be centered on investigating subject,investigation power supervision,investigation management system,special crowd detection control,and creating targeted methods of investigation system,in order to complete the application of methods of investigation through the analysis of these problems.
