Rawls's Theory of Justice is new development of justice war theory as well as the important component of theory of justice in modern western society.On the base of inheritance and development of predecessors' theory,Rawls expand the application of justice value from domestic to international society.Under the theme of Permanent Peace and Justicial War,he devoted himself to finding a basic law that can copes with relationship among different national states.It is commonly accepted and publicly approved by national states and guided by justice view of liberalism.Consequently,it can create a theory to deal with the problem of war and peace appropriately on that base.Rawls is one of minority politicians who think seriously about problem of war and peace in contemporary.Although his theory of justice still exist some defects in theoretical and practical aspects,this theory not only constructs the new world order in theory,but also develops and deepens theoretical connotation of justice war in western.Themed with Theory of Justice,this thesis can be divided into four sections:firstly,clarifying the historical venation of theory of justice;secondly,elaborating the content of Theory of Justice combining with case of wars,refining the core theory;thirdly,evaluating the Theory of Justice theoretically,analyzing its theory value and limitation;at last,elaborating its contemporary value that contributes to construction and regulation of contemporary international order.Specifically,it has four chapters:Content in chapter one is about development venation of justice war theory and it will be stated in four periods:period of Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome,the Middle Age,period of secularization and contemporary era.This chapter clarifies the development venation of justice war theory in western through introducing people's views in different periods.Chapter two is the main content of Rawls's Theory of Justice.Combining the actual cases of wars,the statement includes three parts of his theory which are Justice of making war,justice of wartime and justice of postwar.Chapter three is the evaluation of Rawls's Theory of Justice.Through the evaluation to theoretical value,it can be demonstrated that his theory exists special value as well as limitation which is inevitable.In chapter four,practical significance of Rawls's Theory of Justice is stated.This theory is an important component of justice war theory of western.Through the elaboration and analysis of his theory,the purport of international justice is constructed.The purport,which can develop and deepen justice war theory of western,not only contributes to building a new world order but also makes standards for wars.
