Study On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Tongling Municipal Institutional Reform

Institutional reforms of local governments constitute an important part of the overall administrative system reform. The first round of such reforms following the convening of the 18th National Congress of the CPC emphasizes the key role that the transformation of government functions plays in these reforms. The direction of establishing a "large department" that boasts integrated functions also put forth new requirements for local governments' institutional reforms.
