Diagnosis On RIC Group Internal Management Communication

In the time of Knowledge Economy, knowledge, technology and talent intensive high-tech enterprises pursuing innovation and transformation as the core of management have become enterprises of extremely high development potential. High-tech enterprises are not only provided with brand-new organizational characteristics and management features, they also call for higher standard in terms of internal communication promotion and improvement of management communication efficiency. This paper aims at in-depth discussion and diagnosis of RIC's management communication obstacles, through description and analysis of the present situation of internal management communication in this high-tech enterprise, and further bring forward the train of thoughts in improving communication among the group and a series of detailed schemes in resolving the obstacles.This paper has expatiated and analyzed the research topic from five chapters. Foreword part discusses the significance of researching management communication of high-tech enterprises; the introductory part presents a theoretic summary of high-tech enterprises internal management communication; the third part is a description of the present situation of RIC group internal management communication and a further analysis of various issues; the fourth part presents a resolution scheme on RIC group internal management communication improvement; the fifth part is a summary of views of the whole paper.Enterprise management communication is a very practical research topic, this paper will focus on the practices of enterprise internal communication management using RIC group as an example. Through researching the internal management communication behavior of high-tech enterprises , it aims to resolve the communication obstacles among specific organization, technical environment and cultural background, and put forward feasible communication improvement strategy in order to improve communication efficiency and reduce management cost caused by bad communication; meanwhile, I also hope discussions on RIC group management communication can provide useful reference for counterpart enterprises in their internal communication improvement process.
